Key Responsibilities:


• Enter data for purchase orders


• Create and maintain SKU records, including setting up Auto Replenishment


• Monitor on-hand and in-transit inventory in relation to promotional activities


• Assist with markdowns, inventory transfers, and vendor returns


• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate merchandise delivery


• Organize general office tasks, including filing and administrative duties


• Manage reorder inquiries and follow up as necessary


• Conduct stock and sales analysis by store, class, and vendor


• Develop purchase order and analysis spreadsheets


• Assist in preparing open-to-buy reports


• Provide management with data and analysis support, including sales monitoring, order tracking, sales-to-stock ratio reviews, and trend analysis


• Work closely with a buyer to oversee vendor performance to meet financial objectives

Qualifications:


• Preferred Bachelor's Degree


• Experience in a buying office or high-volume retail setting is advantageous


• Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)


• Knowledge of retail mathematics


• Excellent organizational and time management abilities


• Effective communication skills with all organizational levels and vendor partners, both written and verbal


• Strong multitasking capabilities


• Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced directives across various tasks


• Analytical and innovative thinking skills
