We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Holt Electric. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and promoting our products and services in the commercial electric market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular sales calls and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including branch managers and product sales specialists, to ensure seamless sales processes
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical or distribution industry

  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
