We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Lauderdale, Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to banking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed

Requirements
