About the Role
Teleperformance is a global leader in digital business services, and we're seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers.
Responsibilities
- Field customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to de-escalate complex customer concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
- 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
