Job Summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles seeks a skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our Evaluation Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis and quality assurance, with a strong background in database operations and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate social service and corporate processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement workflows to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with programs and corporate functions to implement improved processes
  • Maintain a database of improved processes and provide recommendations for future improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration or a related field
  • 5 years' experience in data analysis or quality assurance
  • 3 years' experience in database operations/management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with IT systems and certification in Integrify or similar
  • Working knowledge of Medi-Cal regulations
