Position Overview:
The client is looking for a skilled Compensation Analyst to operate remotely. This role is essential for shaping and executing the organization's compensation strategy and philosophy.

Location:
Remote (after initial onboarding)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation:
$29/hr - $34/hr

Contract Type:
Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the organization's compensation databases and tools.
  • Implement compensation strategies and engage in related activities.
  • Work closely with the Staffing & Recruitment team on compensation matters, including new hire offers and promotions.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • Evaluate job roles and maintain comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Conduct job evaluations and provide salary recommendations to ensure alignment with market standards.
  • Assist in the annual compensation review process, including merit and bonus programs.
  • Perform audits for data compliance and system integrity.
  • Research best practices to inform compensation policy implementation.
  • Stay informed on market trends and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of service delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical role.
