Our client is looking for a dedicated Compensation Analyst to support their compensation strategy and processes. This role is essential in providing analytical insights and guidance to various stakeholders regarding employee compensation.
Location:
Remote (must reside in the Los Angeles area)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation:
$29 to $34 per hour
Employment Type:
Temporary to Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the organization's compensation databases and tools.
- Implement compensation strategies and engage in related activities.
- Work collaboratively with the Staffing & Recruitment team on compensation-related matters such as new hire offers and promotions.
- Partner with departmental leadership to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Evaluate job roles and maintain accurate job descriptions and job architecture.
- Conduct job evaluations and provide salary recommendations to align with internal equity and market standards.
- Assist in the annual compensation review process, including merit, bonus, and equity programs.
- Perform audits to ensure data compliance and system alignment.
- Research best practices to ensure effective implementation of compensation policies.
- Stay informed on market trends and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar analytical role.
