Position Overview:
Our client is in search of a skilled Compensation Analyst to support their compensation strategies remotely. The ideal candidate will be located in the Los Angeles area.

Location:

Work Arrangement:
Remote (after initial onboarding)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation:
$29/hr - $34/hr

Employment Type:
Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the organization’s compensation databases and tools.
  • Implement and enhance compensation strategies while participating in related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and hiring teams on compensation-related matters, including offers and promotions.
  • Work with departmental leaders to ensure the compensation function is competitive and equitable.
  • Evaluate job roles and maintain comprehensive job descriptions and architecture.
  • Prepare and update job descriptions to accurately reflect the responsibilities of each position.
  • Conduct job evaluations and provide salary recommendations to ensure fairness and market alignment.
  • Assist in the annual compensation review process, including merit, bonus, and equity programs.
  • Perform audits for data compliance and system alignment.
  • Research best practices to ensure compensation policies are effectively implemented.
  • Stay informed on market trends and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive practices and continuous learning.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical role.
