Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the organization’s compensation databases and tools.
- Implement and enhance compensation strategies while participating in related initiatives.
- Collaborate with recruitment and hiring teams on compensation-related matters, including offers and promotions.
- Work with departmental leaders to ensure the compensation function is competitive and equitable.
- Evaluate job roles and maintain comprehensive job descriptions and architecture.
- Prepare and update job descriptions to accurately reflect the responsibilities of each position.
- Conduct job evaluations and provide salary recommendations to ensure fairness and market alignment.
- Assist in the annual compensation review process, including merit, bonus, and equity programs.
- Perform audits for data compliance and system alignment.
- Research best practices to ensure compensation policies are effectively implemented.
- Stay informed on market trends and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive practices and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical role.
