Job Summary

We are seeking a Site Development Manager to join our team in Hallstead, PA. As a Site Development Manager, you will be responsible for training and directing a team in the construction of commercial retaining walls and excavation support in heavy civil and highway construction projects throughout Northeast PA and the Lehigh Valley.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience">
    • ">
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.">
    • A minimum of two years of experience in site development, construction management, or a related field.">

  • Skills and Qualifications">

    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.">
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.">
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.">
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.">
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.">

Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
