As a key member of The H&K Group's Structures Division, this Commercial Retaining Wall Construction Manager role plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional results on commercial retaining wall construction projects across Northeast PA and the Lehigh Valley.

With a strong focus on leadership and team management, you will be responsible for training and directing a team to ensure the safe and efficient execution of these complex projects. Your expertise in reading blueprints and job-related documents will enable you to develop and implement effective strategies to meet project goals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university OR one year of related experience and/or training
  • Working knowledge and ability to safely and efficiently understand and direct crane set up and lifting plans
  • Ability to read blueprints and job-related documents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
