H&K Group, Inc. is a leading heavy civil contractor and construction materials supplier seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of commercial retaining walls and excavation support projects in Northeast Pennsylvania.

Overview:

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. As a key member of our Structures Division team, you will be responsible for directing a crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise crew members in the construction of commercial retaining walls and excavation support projects
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and H&K Safety policies
  • Read and interpret blueprints and job-related documents to plan work
  • Schedule materials, equipment, and labor for efficient project execution
  • Develop and implement daily production goals and monitor progress
  • Maintain accurate records of daily events and submit reports to site foreman
  • Communicate effectively with customers, inspectors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or one year of related experience and/or training
  • Working knowledge of crane setup and lifting plans
  • Ability to read blueprints and job-related documents
  • Experience with pile driving and drilling equipment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
