Regional Vice President of Hotels

About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Operations-CALA Region to join our team at Hotel Equities. As a seasoned hotel executive, you will have the opportunity to lead our growing hotel portfolio in the CALA region, drive growth, and foster a culture of excellence.
The successful candidate will collaborate with regional leaders and teams to achieve best-in-class performance across key performance indicators (KPIs). They will develop and implement annual budgeting, marketing, and operating plans to maximize owner returns and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically lead all facets of our growing portfolio of complex, full, lifestyle, and upper-midscale hotels and resorts in the CALA region.
- Support regionally deployed vertical leaders and property-based teams to drive top-line revenue, STR metrics, and other key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with all brand initiatives and franchise standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive hotel general management experience, including at least 5 years of full-service experience.
- Proven multi-unit experience in operations, working with major hospitality brands such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and independently branded hotels.
- Experience in leading select, upper-mid-scale, large, and full-service hotels, with a strong track record of opening, transitioning, renovating, and turning over properties.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are required.
- An excellent communicator with exceptional oral and written skills.
Benefits
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, bonus, 401(k), vacation time, cell phone allowance, paid holidays, and discount programs.
