Sales Leadership Expert Wanted
Taylor Morrison is a leading homebuilder, and we're looking for a seasoned Sales Leadership Expert to lead our sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and closing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plans for each assigned community
- Train and coach sales associates
- Lead the recruitment, motivation, and evaluation of Sales Staff
- Analyze competitive data and generate market analysis
- Drive and manage internet sales programs
- Maintain MLS listings
- Assist in land acquisition process
- Plan sales office permitting, tenant improvements, and installation
- Oversee model home complex design, merchandising, and installation
- Prepare and manage annual budgets for sales/marketing departments
- Manage and develop escrow staff, interface with Title Companies and Taylor Morrison in-house lender services
- Manage and develop architecture staff and manage relationships with outside architects
- Daily involvement in pricing and incentive programs for the division
- Establish, implement, and evaluate effectiveness of sales associate compensation programs
About You:
We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and a minimum of 10 years direct sales management experience in the homebuilding industry, preferably managing a sales team with sales in excess of $600 annually.

- A competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience and location
