Role Responsibilities
The Product Marketing Lead will be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing strategies that enhance market presence and boost brand recognition. This role involves close collaboration with sales, engineering, and research teams to develop persuasive marketing campaigns that showcase the distinctive features and advantages of our products.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in the data center sector and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, with a strong focus on product development and support for sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Launch Management: Strategize and execute effective product launches, including the creation of marketing materials, sales resources, and promotional initiatives.
- Content Development: Generate engaging content for diverse marketing platforms, such as brochures, case studies, website content, social media, and presentations.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with essential tools and training to successfully market our products, including product demonstrations and technical assistance.
- Brand Oversight: Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all marketing platforms and materials.
- Customer Relations: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and influencers to advocate for Tate's offerings.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance outcomes.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy and positioning.
Additional Expectations
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Policies, including compliance with the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure compliance with product regulations and market requirements.
- Be proactive in addressing compliance-related concerns with supervisors or leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent experience in a marketing or product role within the data center or construction industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing capacity, either in an agency or in-house setting.
- Familiarity with executing campaigns through Salesforce is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to travel as needed.
- Proven leadership capabilities with effective communication and influence.
- Strong attention to detail and self-management skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and creatively while managing time effectively.
