Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the customer journey, ensuring seamless onboarding and optimal performance of Sailebots.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement customer success plans, driving mutual growth and expansion.
  • Communicate customer feedback and insights to internal teams, informing product development and strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales-related roles.
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth, retention, and expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach, able to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
