Position Overview
This role serves as the foundational level of the supervisory hierarchy within Netsync Network Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have accumulated 1.5 to 3 years of experience and will have demonstrated proficiency in the responsibilities associated with field technician roles.

This Supervisor I position offers an opportunity for candidates to engage more deeply with the Project Management Office (PMO), Engineering, and Management teams, while also leading a group of technicians to effectively implement customer solutions.

The selected individual will have a comprehensive understanding of the Netsync delivery process and will ensure adherence to the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the implementation of new hardware and software in moderately complex client network environments, with support and quality assurance from Area Supervisors.
2. Collaborate effectively with peers to implement collaboration solutions for large-scale clients.
3. Provide Tier 1 support for network and collaboration infrastructures.
4. Exhibit ongoing professional growth and independence when interacting with clients and colleagues.
5. Uphold network standards, processes, and security protocols at client locations.
6. Maintain a professional demeanor in client interactions; work collaboratively with technicians and leadership.
7. Participate in project meetings and design discussions.
8. Communicate issues effectively with team leads and supervisors.
9. Approve or deny team members' time cards and expenses.
10. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a tidy workspace.
11. Assist in the delivery of project supplies.
12. Demonstrate fluency in project documentation, including pre/post/client reports.
13. Report project status and weekly activities to internal management.
14. Train new hires on expectations and standard practices.
15. Lead small to medium-sized deployment projects.
16. Review and approve technician documentation.
17. Support lead technicians on-site to promote best practices.
18. Understand all internal processes.
19. Conduct site assessments for enterprise clients.
20. Engage in all relevant meetings and fulfill all project-related duties.

- Have 1-2+ years of hands-on, technology-related experience or equivalent education.

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience managing client accounts, basic hardware configurations, troubleshooting, and a mid-level understanding of networking topologies and the OSI model.
- High school diploma or higher.
- Ability to utilize downtime for career-aligned certifications.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic corporate environment.
