Job Title: Construction Materials Field Supervisor

MasTec Advanced Technologies is a leading provider of critical infrastructure construction and engineering services. We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Materials Field Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Construction Materials Field Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction of projects and monitoring activities at worksites. They will manage crews, ensure health and safety codes are observed, and that work is completed to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors
  • Monitor construction processes and provide training and team building sessions
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections
  • Schedule regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff
  • Write up reports, budgets, project plans, and present them to relevant stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff
  • Process paperwork and travel to multiple sites as required
Requirements:
  • Experience in the Construction industry required
  • Ability to keep track of multiple Construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, Management, or engineering preferable
  • CDL Class A driver's license
