Join Our Team as a Strategy Director

We're seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Strategy Director to lead the creation of integrated brand experiences with a strong background in social influencers and digital media. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about integrating social influencers, digital media, and innovative thinking into comprehensive 360-degree brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns with a significant focus on social and digital media in the agency space.
  • Translate research and data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and staying involved from conception to execution.
  • Implement disciplined project management practices, including forecasting potential roadblocks, managing timelines, and ensuring accountability across teams.
  • Balance work across recurring projects with major clients and actively pursue new client opportunities.
  • Partner with analytics teams to define and monitor KPIs, ensuring that campaign performance is measured accurately and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in developing and executing integrated campaigns with a significant focus on social and digital media in the agency space.
  • Strong ability to translate research and data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and analytics.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a focus on discipline, forecasting, and accountability.
  • A natural curiosity and innovative mindset, constantly seeking new ways to approach challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong client engagement skills with the ability to manage existing relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
