We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to join our team at Hello Innovation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our IT strategies, ensuring they align with our business goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity protocols, as well as experience in leading and managing high-performing IT teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and development of our IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, optimal performance, and reliability.

• Develop and implement IT strategies that support business goals and objectives
• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, servers, cloud services, and networks
• Implement and monitor security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats
• Establish, reinforce, execute, and improve backup procedures and disaster recovery plans
• Evaluate and select IT vendors, and manage these relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
• Own the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of software and hardware
• Ensure our team has the tools and support they need to succeed
