At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all payroll and benefits functions, including payroll taxes, and will have the opportunity to work with a well-established, Pittsburgh organization that offers great benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and compliantly.
  • Reconcile payroll, timesheet, benefit, and employee data within Workday HRIS.
  • Liaise with vendors for accurate tax, garnishment, and payroll settlements.
  • Administer benefit plans and ensure compliance with HIPAA, ACA, and FMLA.
  • Lead open enrollment and new employee orientation.
  • Provide effective communication and training on payroll and benefits programs.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting is a plus, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of three years of payroll processing experience and benefit administration in mid to large size company.
  • Experience with Workday HRMS is required.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $60-70k + bonus.
  • Hybrid work schedule.
