We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to join our team at Resulticks as a Director of Quality Assurance. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading QA teams and driving quality initiatives. They will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards, tools, and methodologies, as well as promoting continual service improvement and data-based process improvements.
The Director of Quality Assurance will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services on schedule. They will also be responsible for managing QA staff, developing their skills, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality standards, tools, and methodologies
- Promote continual service improvement and data-based process improvements
- Manage QA staff, develop their skills, and ensure they have the necessary resources
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services
- Develop and manage QA budget
- Evaluate and improve QA processes
- 20+ years of experience in QA, with at least 12+ years of experience managing a QA team
- Excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of leading QA teams
- Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills
- Industry certification(s) (i.e. ITIL, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Experience in planning and executing end-to-end testing of integrated systems
- Experience working with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
