The QA Analyst plays a crucial role in developing and performing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify software functionality, performance, and usability. They work closely with their Test Lead, developers, product managers, and other partners to understand requirements and define testing strategies.

Job Description

The Enterprise Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet the highest standards of quality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing testing and documenting results
  • Interacting with technical and non-technical individuals, including educating, persuading, and negotiating
  • Assisting the Test Lead with running the work of Testers during test preparation, execution activities, and reporting
  • Maintaining and updating test cases and test scripts, tracking defects, and providing testing and status reports to partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4-7 years of experience as a Tester or similar role, with a focus on software testing
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with SharePoint and Jira
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,400 - $127,000 per year. In addition to a competitive salary, T-Mobile offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays.
