The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Front Desk Hospitality Agent to be the face of Sonder. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for our guests, visitors, and partners. Your primary focus will be on guiding guests through our technology-rich experience, ensuring they make the most of their stay by engaging with our app and self-service features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, addressing their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with guests in-person and through digital channels, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their stay.
  • Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house working spaces, contributing to a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Support the back-of-house team with tasks such as housekeeping quality audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance and technology issues.
  • Assist market leadership with administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly and contribute to continuous improvement in the guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing hospitality, service, and/or customer experience roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing guest needs.
  • Strong computer literacy and writing skills, with the ability to switch between multiple desktop and mobile applications.
  • Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
