Job Title: Front Desk Hospitality Agent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest communication.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and property operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology.
