Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Store Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Twins Enterprise, Inc.

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year.

About the Position

This is a challenging role that requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Store Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming store environment, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming store environment by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting customer expectations and going above and beyond to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, such as inventory management, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to effectively address customer concerns and provide solutions.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability skills to support colleagues and adjust to changing store conditions.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
