Position Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking an Infrastructure Systems Specialist. This role presents a unique chance to join a prestigious organization with a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation in its operations.

In collaboration with the IT Infrastructure Manager and Cybersecurity Lead, you will be instrumental in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Danone's IT systems and infrastructure. Your daily tasks will include:
  • Administering both cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure, including Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS servers.
  • Providing support, administration, and upkeep of IT systems, including personal computers and local area network equipment.
  • Assisting IT operations across various offices with standard hardware, software, and network solutions.
  • Delivering on-site support for hardware, software, and network connectivity challenges.
  • Conducting local administration and operational functions in alignment with established standards and procedures.
  • Monitoring security compliance in accordance with IT security protocols.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of systems, including IT operations manuals.
  • Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Providing advanced technical support that necessitates an on-site presence, including server and network troubleshooting.
  • Engaging in complex software and hardware troubleshooting, patches, and re-installations in partnership with the Infrastructure Manager and IT vendors.
  • Offering training and educational services related to data management and standard systems.
  • Participating in the development and communication of new technology standards and best practices.
  • Monitoring data backups to ensure regular completion.
  • Establishing processes to assess and prioritize incoming IT service requests.
  • Identifying solutions to minimize customer issues and system errors.
  • Participating in an on-call rotation for critical incidents.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Expertise in virtualization technologies, hypervisors, and monitoring systems, with a preference for Nutanix.
  • Experience in database monitoring and basic administration is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud engineering for cost and performance optimization is desirable.
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
  • Awareness of current trends in the IT field.
  • Familiarity with support and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure.
