Job Title:
Systems Engineering Specialist

Job Description:
The Systems Engineering Specialist is responsible for overseeing the testing framework, which encompasses conceptualization, design, root cause analysis, and corrective measures. This role requires collaboration with Design and Systems Engineering to become a subject matter expert.

Utilizing their expertise, the Specialist will enhance and optimize testing methodologies that are executed by Technicians and Testers in the Operations team.

In the event of any complications, this Specialist is committed to identifying the root cause of the issue and implementing corrective strategies to avert similar occurrences in the future.


Key Responsibilities:
• Define, trace, and uphold testing process requirements

• Develop and maintain testing procedures

• Enhance testing yield through root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Generate product-related technical documentation to support Operations

• Ensure overall technical performance in Test Engineering initiatives

• Collaborate with Engineering to facilitate the transition of products from design to production

• Provide insights to Engineering for effective product life cycle management

• Manage projects related to Test Engineering development

• Mentor junior Engineers

• Contribute to the organizational vision

• Offer technical testing consultation to internal teams, contract manufacturers, or clients

• Represent Test Engineering in technical discussions with external organizations

• Assess contract manufacturers' capabilities to deliver required products or services

• Engineer with proficiency in troubleshooting RF issues and equipment.

• Familiarity with spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, digital multimeters, and power supplies.

• Experience in circuit analysis, laboratory instrumentation, root cause analysis, data interpretation, technical documentation, and process design and evaluation.

• Participate in product design evaluations

• Support manufacturing operations to resolve production challenges

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 2 years of related experience. Alternatively, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
