Client Success and Engagement Manager

NimbleRx is a trailblazing company that is transforming the healthcare industry. As a Client Partner Associate, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction for our pharmacy partners.
This role requires a results-driven individual who can develop and implement strategies to increase pharmacy revenue and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technical expertise to partners and analyze data to identify new sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase pharmacy revenue and performance
- Collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to provide technical expertise
- Analyzing data to identify new sales opportunities
- Providing front-line support to pharmacy partners
- 0-1+ years of experience in account management, partner/customer success, or sales
- Ability to communicate effectively with pharmacy partners and internal stakeholders
- Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Competitive salary: $65,000 per year
