  • Distribute paperwork to external parties, including necessary documentation.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and safety protocols.
  • Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training as a Medical Front Office Assistant.
  • Support the Center Administrator in daily front desk operations.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment throughout the facility.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience in a customer service role.
  • Intermediate proficiency in PCs, word processing, and data entry.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
