We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Billing Solutions Architect with extensive experience in implementing and supporting billing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the billing processes and the technical acumen to enhance our billing functionalities.
Key Responsibilities- Implementation Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience in deploying CPQ Billing solutions, including managing Contract Renewals, Amendments, Subscriptions, and various Billing Rules.
- Salesforce Configuration: Proficient in Salesforce configuration, solution design, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Billing Management: Expertise in Salesforce Billing processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles, as well as adjustments to billing treatments.
- Payment Integration: Strong capability in utilizing Salesforce's built-in features for electronic payments and wallet functionalities.
- Scheduler Configuration: In-depth knowledge of configuring billing schedulers and treatments tailored to business needs.
- Invoicing Plans: Experience in managing invoicing plans across various subscription terms, including annual, monthly, one-time, and multi-year arrangements.
- Invoice Consolidation: Ability to consolidate and group invoice generation based on specific business scenarios.
- ERP Integration: Proficient in integrating the Billing module with downstream ERP systems.
- Product Usage Integration: Experience in integrating product usage data with the billing module.
- Month-End Support: Support month-end closing processes for billing and accounts receivable, including reconciliation of AR sub-ledgers.
- Quote to Cash Process: Strong understanding of the Quote to Cash business process and its integration with the billing module.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform using APEX, LWC, and flows.
- Possession of Advanced Billing super badges is advantageous.
- Salesforce CPQ certification is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing Salesforce solutions, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Billing or similar billing platforms. Candidates should have completed at least one end-to-end Salesforce Billing implementation or support project.
