Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team at Omega Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce solutions that meet the business requirements of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of our existing Salesforce implementation, including architecture, configuration, customizations, and integrations.
  • Identify gaps, pain points, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for system enhancements, platform optimization, and integration strategies.
  • Develop a comprehensive solution design and roadmap to address the identified gaps and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Implement necessary changes, customizations, and configurations to align Salesforce with the desired solution design.
  • Streamline data models, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and utility industry standards.
  • Analyze existing integrations with other systems and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Propose strategies to enhance data management, data quality, and data governance within Salesforce.
  • Develop and implement integration solutions to enable seamless data flow between Salesforce and other critical enterprise systems.
  • Conduct performance analysis and tuning exercises to improve system responsiveness, scalability, and reliability.
  • Enhance security measures, including access controls, data encryption, and user authentication.
  • Provide recommendations for disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities, such as Lightning Experience, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and declarative development tools.
  • Ability to design scalable, robust, and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
  • Experience in defining data models, workflows, and processes to optimize system performance and user experience.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing complex customizations, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, and triggers.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce integration options, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and platform events.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer support systems.
  • Understanding of data migration strategies, data transformation, and data synchronization techniques.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize Salesforce performance, including query optimization, indexing, and governor limits management.
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions to handle high data volumes and complex workflows.
  • Familiarity with performance monitoring and diagnostic tools for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and data access controls.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Shield features for data encryption, event monitoring, and data loss prevention.
  • Awareness of industry-specific compliance requirements, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS, and ability to ensure Salesforce compliance.
  • Experience in guiding organizations through Salesforce system changes and upgrades.
  • Ability to define and implement change management processes, including sandbox management, release management, and version control.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, including code review, unit testing, and deployment methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevSecOps).
  • Proficient in creating comprehensive technical documentation, including solution design documents, configuration guides, and integration specifications.
  • Ability to conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to the organization's technical and end-user teams.
