Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Support Services Associate I to join our team at Seattle's Union Gospel Mission. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and healing environment for women and children in our Christian residential program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain facility safety, order, cleanliness, and provide backup assistance to other staff members.
  • Perform random and frequent walks through the building to ensure a secure environment.
  • Record evening reports and conduct Breathalyzer tests and Urine Analysis drug screens as needed.
  • Handle issues that may arise with individuals during the overnight shift.
  • Perform janitorial duties and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Model Christ in all interactions with guests and hold them accountable to program guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience and 1 year of experience working in a social services environment.
