Job Responsibilities:
Are you a match for the following qualifications?
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Willingness to work off-shift if necessary
- Proficient in reading and interpreting process sheets and blueprints
- Strong grasp of Six Sigma methodologies

Key Duties:
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies across manufacturing processes
- Drive continuous improvement and reliability, ensuring excellence in both current and future manufacturing systems
- Act as a vital resource for growth in automation and integration with enterprise systems
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to enhance equipment reliability, maintainability, and sustainable production output through the use of Preventive and Predictive maintenance tools and technologies, as well as conducting failure analyses
- Assess existing manufacturing systems and implement actions to enhance safety, productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Plan and coordinate major projects and Preventive Maintenance events
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting to address root causes of issues
- Develop and maintain essential maintenance documentation such as FMEA, Control Plans, and standardized downtime reports
- Create documentation including Standard PM and PdM Plans
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance plans in alignment with production and maintenance strategies
- Minimize risks of disruptions due to system malfunctions
- Identify potential downtime issues through testing and FMEA; devise solutions and ensure implementation
- Explore potential energy savings through cost and feasibility analyses
This role will oversee operations including:
- Thermography
- Structural NDE (VT, MT, UT)
- Vibration analysis and motor alignment
- Ultrasonic leak detection
- Oil analysis
- Hydraulic circuit troubleshooting
- Support for equipment OEE targets
- Frontline problem-solving and FMEA
