Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Warehouse Workers, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing and maintaining industrial processing equipment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment or the military.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot industrial equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Conduct various welding activities, including MIG, TIG, ARC cutting, and brazing.
  • Perform boiler chemical testing and make necessary chemistry adjustments.
  • Resolve safety concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of both indoor and outdoor work areas.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of supplies.
  • Prepare and maintain maintenance records accurately.
  • Oversee work performed by both internal and external service companies.
  • Respond to emergency alarms and situations.
  • Mentor and guide Maintenance Technician I partners.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or the military
  • Ability to read and comprehend maintenance literature in English
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8-hour shift

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of boiler operations
  • HVAC experience
  • Experience with and ability to perform welding activities
