Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Warehouse Workers, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing and maintaining industrial processing equipment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment or the military.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot industrial equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Conduct various welding activities, including MIG, TIG, ARC cutting, and brazing.
- Perform boiler chemical testing and make necessary chemistry adjustments.
- Resolve safety concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of both indoor and outdoor work areas.
- Manage and maintain inventory of supplies.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance records accurately.
- Oversee work performed by both internal and external service companies.
- Respond to emergency alarms and situations.
- Mentor and guide Maintenance Technician I partners.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or the military
- Ability to read and comprehend maintenance literature in English
- Proficiency in reading blueprints
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8-hour shift
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of boiler operations
- HVAC experience
- Experience with and ability to perform welding activities
