Job Title: Patient Account Representative

Credit Management Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Account Representative to join our team. As a Patient Account Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with patients via telephone to resolve account balances and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with patients to resolve account balances and provide payment options
  • Manage multiple accounts to ensure accurate and timely resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with patients
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of call center experience or medical billing/insurance verification experience
  • 1 year of remote experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
