Account Representative

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing our most valued customers and identifying opportunities to drive sales and profitability. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing strategies to increase revenue and improving productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute plans to increase sales and profits from key accounts
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Handle customer needs and requests, provide presentations on new products, and answer questions on products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales and profit budget targets
  • Collaborate with the Financial Department to resolve claims and other issues
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of related experience required
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP)
