Business Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to join our team at Quail Park of Lynnwood.
Estimated Salary$32-$35 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate resident billing data, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Manage resident files, updating Admission Agreements and Service Plans in Yardi as necessary.
- Collect, post, and deposit all resident rent checks on a monthly basis.
- Process invoices, prepare accounts payable for submission to the home office accountant, and verify check accuracy.
- Accurately maintain community records of all AP/AR transactions.
- Reconcile petty cash and petty cash checking on a weekly basis.
- Prepare required bookkeeping reports and submit them to the home office.
- Participate in monthly and yearly financial/budget review processes.
- Collaborate with the Home Office Accounting Department to ensure accuracy of all bookkeeping/accounting correspondence.
- A minimum 2-year degree in Business or Accounting is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, including A/R and A/P, is required.
- Intermediate computer skills proficiency, including Word, Excel, and accounting software, is essential.
- Experience using Yardi is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are mandatory.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to represent the community in a professional manner.
