Business Growth Representative

We're Nerus Strategies, a dynamic and innovative company looking for a talented Business Growth Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales planning, negotiating contracts, and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the advertising industry. You'll also need excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to advertising and local contests.
- Analyze sales data, metrics, and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
As a Business Growth Representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary of $66,400 per year, plus commission-based earnings and performance-based incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, and paid time off. This is a full-time position with expected hours of 40 per week, Monday through Friday. Supplemental pay includes bonus opportunities, commission pay, and performance bonuses.
