About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver/Support Staff to join our team at Spread Your Wings, LLC. As a Direct Care Staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and support clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
  • Encourage and promote good personal hygiene and community activities.
  • Monitor and report any changes or concerns regarding client well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
