Job Responsibilities
- Provide supportive care for children and adults with developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living needs such as meal preparation, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Engage in activities that promote socialization, cognitive development, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment that fosters independence and confidence.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
