Miller International is looking for a skilled Global Customer Liaison to join its team. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and account managers, providing personalized support and ensuring seamless communication throughout the ordering process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and account managers through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry in the order management system.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Providing clear and concise information to customers regarding orders, shipments, and product details.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and experience with CRM software.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a commitment to excellence and passion for delivering outstanding results. Estimated salary: $18.27 - $19.50 per hour.
