This role involves being the first point of contact for guests, answering a multi-line telephone system, and providing information and assistance to other departments as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls, determining caller needs, and routing them to the appropriate department.
  • Greeting guests, determining their needs, and contacting the relevant department for visitor escort.
  • Overseeing the visitor sign-in and security process.
  • Maintaining the conference room reservation schedule.
  • Assisting various departments with special projects as needed.
  • Working during hours of operation (Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) with Saturdays required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
  • At least one year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel are required.
  • Punctuality and solid time-management skills are vital.
  • A High School Diploma is required.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and perform duties safely.
  • Background checks, MVR, drug test, and a valid driver's license are also required.
