Mountain States Toyota is a state-of-the-art dealership seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join their team.
About the Job
This role involves being the first point of contact for guests, answering a multi-line telephone system, and providing information and assistance to other departments as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls, determining caller needs, and routing them to the appropriate department.
- Greeting guests, determining their needs, and contacting the relevant department for visitor escort.
- Overseeing the visitor sign-in and security process.
- Maintaining the conference room reservation schedule.
- Assisting various departments with special projects as needed.
- Working during hours of operation (Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) with Saturdays required.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
- At least one year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment is necessary.
- The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel are required.
- Punctuality and solid time-management skills are vital.
- A High School Diploma is required.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and perform duties safely.
- Background checks, MVR, drug test, and a valid driver's license are also required.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
