Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Patient Communication: Providing empathetic and precise responses to patients' inquiries, building supportive relationships that promote trust.
  • Medical Record Management: Maintaining and organizing accurate and confidential medical records.
  • Billing and Insurance Support: Guiding patients through their coverage options, deductibles, and necessary claims procedures.
  • Coordination with Healthcare Providers: Acting as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, arranging appointments and delivering essential patient education.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • At least five years of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant in urgent care, emergency rooms, or busy family practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on assisting patients in a healthcare setting.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency (preferred).
  • A Registered Medical Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant license.

Salary: $23-$27 per hour, depending on experience. Required residency in one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Missouri, Pennsylvania, or Texas.
