Mathematics Academic Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Mathematics Academic Coach to join our team at Bay Path University. As a Mathematics Academic Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting students as they engage with the Bay Path mathematics curriculum.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide supplemental instruction and guidance to students in the most challenging math courses. You will also be responsible for contacting and scheduling regular coaching sessions with assigned students, as well as providing supplemental instruction/tutoring for students who need additional math help in non-math courses.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will develop mathematics modules to embed in non-math courses to support course content, work collaboratively with individual faculty members in developing supplemental instruction or modules, and utilize MyMathLab to provide personalized support to students who seek tutoring in the learning commons.
Key Responsibilities- Provide supplemental instruction and guidance to students in the most challenging math courses.
- Contact and schedule regular coaching sessions with assigned students.

- Master's degree in Mathematics.
- Experience providing student support and instruction; demonstrated ability to work with struggling or at-risk learners.
- Working knowledge of MyMathLab software program.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and in accordance with HIPPA and FERPA.
- Ability to adhere to University policies and procedures.
