The Assistant Manager AO Ramp Services plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operational management of Ramp Services at our Hub station. This position is integral to ensuring safety, performance, customer satisfaction, and the empowerment of employees while fostering a Core4 culture.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Operational Oversight**: Manage day-to-day Ramp Services activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards.

2. **Leadership**: Directly supervise a team of Supervisors, focusing on performance management and leadership development.

3. **Project Management**: Lead assigned projects through all phases of project management: envision, design, build, and activate.

4. **Financial Accountability**: Support station financial performance by managing manpower, enforcing baggage fees, and reducing ground aircraft fuel burn.

5. **Employee Relations**: Promote positive employee and labor relations through effective communication and ongoing engagement.

6. **Safety & Security**: Ensure compliance with safety and security standards, aiming for optimal safety performance.

**Qualifications**

- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.

- Minimum of 2-4 years of leadership experience in an airport operations setting.

- 1-2 years of operational experience at a line station or Hub.

- Experience managing in a unionized environment.

- Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including weekends and shifts.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.

- Project Management experience is preferred.
