Job Summary

Wilson Air Center is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ramp Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our private and business aircraft customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet passengers and flight crews, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Load and unload customer luggage and baggage, ensuring timely and efficient handling.
  • Coordinate transportation needs, including delivering catering, ice, and other essential items to aircraft.
  • Provide recommendations on local hotels, restaurants, and tourist attractions, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Promote fuel sales and uplift incentives, driving revenue growth.
  • Ensure flight crew checks in at the customer service desk and all fees are paid prior to departure.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be:

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Pass pre-employment and random drug screens.
  • Able to pass an extensive 10-year background check.
  • People-oriented, highly motivated, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communicator, able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Work Environment

This is an airport environment with duties both indoors and outdoors. You must be able to withstand extreme outdoor weather conditions and temperature ranges.
