Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of responses to RFQ/RFPs, interview presentations, and award submissions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop interview presentation strategy and lead the development of interview materials.
  • Act as point of contact for assigned business units and guide them as they need marketing support.
  • Develop and maintain business unit-specific marketing content, including narratives and photography.
  • Manage and produce industry and project-specific award submissions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience.
  • 0-4 years of experience in marketing in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Excellent technical writing and copy-editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience developing RFQ and RFP responses is desired.
