Position Overview:
As a Site Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the execution of installation projects at assigned locations. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while also maximizing profitability and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the timely delivery of installation projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Engage with clients and their representatives, including property owners and contractors, to ensure adherence to project specifications and compliance with internal processes.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts of project costs by regularly reviewing labor hours and material expenses, and meet with stakeholders to discuss project scope and performance.
  • Coordinate on-site activities, including managing installation teams and ensuring the availability of necessary materials and tools.
  • Interpret and analyze technical plans and blueprints relevant to the installation of energy management systems and refrigerant leak detection components.
  • Perform all duties associated with installation tasks as needed.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively while motivating team members to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct inspections of work areas and equipment, providing safety training to prevent workplace hazards.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, managing the team in a professional and effective manner.
  • Handle multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent experience required; Technical Degree preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Additional Requirements:

  • Preferred: EPA 608 Certification.
  • Experience in HVAC/R with at least 3 years in a commercial setting.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical capability to work at heights and lift objects up to fifty pounds.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Proficient in managing competing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on detail.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and work effectively within a diverse team.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
