Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage the daily operations of multiple properties.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with storage requirements, and processing rental agreements.
  • Achieve sales targets through unit rentals, insurance offerings, and moving supplies.
  • Handle payment processing, issue receipts, and manage accounts, including collection efforts.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits in accordance with company policies.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance, focusing on safety and maximizing available rental units.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Experience in cash handling is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regular property inspections are part of the role.
  • Expect to spend a significant portion of your time outdoors, including walking, climbing stairs, and frequently opening large doors.
  • Maintain the property’s cleanliness and appearance through regular inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Occasional errands for the facility may be required.
Daily Activities:
As a Multi-Site Facility Supervisor, your day will be both dynamic and varied. You will start by preparing for the day, ensuring that everything is clean and operational, and conducting property inspections. Throughout the day, you will assist customers in finding suitable storage solutions, manage rental agreements, process payments, and address any customer concerns. You will also perform regular property inspections to check for maintenance needs and ensure safety protocols are in place. Your day may include participation in virtual meetings and training sessions. You will conclude your day with closing procedures to secure the property.
