POSITION OVERVIEW:


D&H United Fueling Solutions is in search of a Construction Site Supervisor who will be responsible for the successful and efficient execution of construction projects for our valued clients.

This position entails overseeing and executing fundamental construction tasks while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acts as the construction subject matter expert (SME) for various projects.
  • Serves as a mentor and primary resource for construction technicians and subcontractors.
  • Manages construction operations across multiple sites, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
  • Assigns construction tasks to teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Monitors equipment and material usage, providing reports on costs relative to budget projections.
  • Performs construction activities such as concrete pouring, pipe fitting, framing, mixing, and finishing.
  • Installs and maintains petroleum equipment, including USTs, ASTs, gas pumps, fuel monitoring systems, submersible pumps, and product piping.
  • Utilizes and maintains various hand tools and occasionally heavy construction machinery to accomplish daily tasks.
  • Completes various construction assignments as required, including concrete removal and replacement, manhole and spill containment replacements, and rebar replacements.
  • Operates a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all applicable driving laws and regulations.
  • Collaborates with construction managers to resolve issues, identify concerns, and fulfill project requirements.
  • Works alongside other departments to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Ensures adherence to company policies, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Follows all safety protocols as outlined in the company’s employee and safety manuals.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the construction field.

  • Willingness to obtain a Licensed Installer certification (preferred).
  • Experience in crew management is essential.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory.
  • 5-7 years of supervisory experience in a construction environment is preferred.
  • American Concrete Institute (ACI) certification is a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Frequent use of hands is required.
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds regularly, with occasional heavier lifting.
  • May be required to work in various weather conditions and high-traffic areas.
